We are looking for an amazing Community Manager to join our Dondolo team!
Dondolo is seeking an experienced Social Media Community Manager. The ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content for social. This person should be skilled in graphic design, content creation, community management/customer service skills, and experienced in social media with the ability to moderate online conversations with our community. This position also requires strong organizational and planning skills and an entrepreneurial mind-set.
The Social Media Community Manager will report directly to the Brand & Communication Manager but will also interact with our store manager, sales, marketing and design teams.

- Plan, implement, and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with brand strategies
- Manage Dondolo’s social media content calendar and posting schedule across social channels (primarily Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook)
- Develop engaging ideas, copy, images and video content for social media accounts
- Publish content on Dondolo social media channels
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Conduct social listening and engage in relevant influencer/brand conversations
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Agency background or client media experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and key social trends
- An entrepreneurial mind-set, innovative, self-starter, energetic and nimble – we are a small but mighty team!
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to juggle several projects at once.
- Experience with the following applications/programs is a plus: Planoly, Asana, Canvas, Illustrator, Photoshop.
