Tips for making the most of fall festivals with your kids:

  1. Visit early on weekdays:

Weekends in fall festivals tend to be a lot busier than the weekdays. Try to visit earlier on the weekends or on a weekday if possible.

  1. Wear comfortable and seasonal clothes:

Consider soft and functional fabrics for your littles such as our Penelope Girl Bubble, Penelope Girl Dress, Lucas Boy Bubble - Pumpkins and Fields Boy Polo Set - Pumpkins for a fall gingham look that is elegant and perfect for the season. For something more eye-catching, consider our Autumn Girl Bubble, Autumn Girl Dress or our Jackson Boy Polo Set in Green Plaid

  1. Pack Essentials:

Don't forget to bring sunscreen, hats, water bottles and wipes as a precaution, although it's fall, Dallas tends to be a lot warmer than other places so preparation is key to spend the best time and prepare for anything throughout the day.

  1. Plan for Photos:

Most of these festivals tend to pride themselves on the fun photo opportunities for fall. With picture perfect spots at every angle, you want to make sure that your little ones will look as polished as possible for some photos worth sharing with grandparents, friends and even your socials!

  1. Check for special event add ons:

Many festivals have extra features such as hayrides, fireworks, corn mazes and evening light shows. Make sure to research important dates of the festival and check for special events during those dates you're trying to visit.

Fall in DFW is packed with opportunities for family fun. From pumpkin picking to artistic installations to classic farm festivals there's something for every kid and parent to enjoy. Choose a few events that match your families style, plan ahead and enjoy the crisp air and festive spirit of autumn.
