Returns and Exchanges are NOT AVAILABLE on the following items:
  • Any items purchased using a promo code
  • SALE ITEMS
Dondolo is able to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at www.dondolo.com or our Dondolo Flagship Store ONLY
Returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase.
 
If you need to submit an exchange or return for any reason:
    1. Please contact info@dondolo.com and notify us of your return/exchange - items will not be accepted without a prior email notification.
    2.  Items must be returned in their original condition.
    3. Include a copy of your receipt for faster processing.
    4. Please mail back the merchandise to the address below (note - the customer is responsible for return postage. Dondolo does not provide a prepaid return label)

Credit Card Returns: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

NOTE: Please allow shipping time plus 7-14 days from the time your exchange/return is received to be processed.
