About the job: Content & Partnerships Specialist
Who We AreAt Grou, we build soulful brands through strategy, storytelling, and thoughtful execution, partnering with founders to create brands that are intentional, aligned, and built to grow.
Responsibilities• Capture and produce high-quality content across shoots, events, and activations (iPhone-first with a refined eye)• Build and execute content briefs, ensuring clarity on direction and deliverables• Manage post-shoot asset workflows, from organization to channel-ready formatting• Own influencer and creator relationships, from sourcing to execution of deliverables• Identify and develop brand partnerships that are additive to brand equity• Concept, produce, and edit short-form video content (Reels and social)• Coordinate photoshoots, including talent, creatives, logistics, and timelines• Support email marketing through briefing, segmentation, QA, and deployment• Manage community engagement across DMs with a consistent, brand-aligned voice
Who You Are• Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously• Relationship-driven and proactive in sourcing opportunities• Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically• Detail-oriented with strong creative and technical QA discipline• Experienced in content production, influencer management, and digital marketing
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or Mailchimp preferred)• Strong photography/video production experience• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and editing tools• Excellent communication and project management skills
